Initial Narrative     V2 WAS WESTBOUND ON RANKIN STREET PULLING A TRAILER. V2 CAME TO A STOP AND DRIVER EXITED AND WAS STANDING ON THE TRAILER. V1 WAS WESTBOUND AND STRUCK THE REAR OF V2'S TRAILER CAUSING V1'S DRIVER TO BE THROWN. DRIVER OF V2 WAS PRONOUNCED AT 8:08 PM BY DR. JASON HARRIS. DRIVER OF V1 NOT INJURED: LAUREN JACKSON 03/10/95 OF 171 COUNTRY CLUB EST ASHDOWN.
