Initial Narrative     V1 WAS SOUTHBOUND ON HWY 71. THE PEDESTRIAN WAS STANDING IN THE SOUTHBOUND LANE. V1 STRUCK THE PEDESTRIAN CAUSING HIM TO BE THROWN INTO THE CREEK ON THE WEST SIDE OF THE ROADWAY. THE DRIVER OF V-1 WHO WAS NOT INJURED WAS TONY HILL DOB 2/28/57 OF JACKSONVILLE.
