Initial Narrative     V1 WAS TRAVELING NORTHBOUND ON INTERSTATE 430. PEDESTRIAN ENTERED THE TRAFFIC LANES OF INTERSTATE 430 NORTHBOUND NEAR THE 12 MILEMARKER IN ORDER TO RETRIEVE AN ITEM FROM THE ROADWAY. PEDESTRIAN WAS STRUCK BY V1. PEDESTRIAN WAS PRONOUNCED AT THE SCENE BY THE PULASKI COUNTY DEPUTY CORONER. THE DRIVER OF V1 WAS NOT INJURED.
