Initial Narrative     DRIVER V-1 WAS TRAVELING AT A HIGH RATE OF SPEED EASTBOUND ON NORTH A STREET, AS THE PEDESTRIAN WAS CROSSING NORTH A STREET, GOING SOUTHBOUND NORTH 16TH STREET. THE MOTORCYCLE STRUCK THE PEDESTRIAN IN THE ROADWAY KILLING BOTH OF THEM.
