Initial Narrative     V-2 WAS WESTBOUND. DRIVER FAILED TO MAINTAIN CONTROL IN A CURVE AND V-2 WENT INTO THE EASTBOUND LANE AND STRUCK V-1. V-2 CAME TO REST IN A DITCH ON THE WESTBOUND SIDE. DRIVER OF V-1 WHO WAS NOT INJURED WAS HERSHEL BARBER DOB/02/16/1944 OF 252 STANLEY RD BALD KNOB AR.
