Initial Narrative     THE PEDESTRIAN CROSSED HIGHWAY 412 WALKING IN THE INSIDE LANE. V1 WAS TRAVELING WEST ON HIGHWAY 412 IN OUTSIDE LANE. V1 SWITCHED LANES AND STRUCK THE PEDESTRIAN. THE PEDESTRIAN WAS PRONOUNCED ON 08/06/18 AT 3 AM.
