Initial Narrative     V1 WAS SOUTHBOUND ON HWY 21. V1 FAILED TO NEGOTIATE A LEFT HAND CURVE THEN DROVE OFF THE WEST SHOULDER DOWN AN EMBANKMENT AND OVERTURNED. SUBJECT WAS PRONOUNCED DEAD AT THE SCENE.
