Initial Narrative     V-1 WAS ATTEMPTING TO TURN SOUTH ONTO US HWY 63 AND FAILED TO YIELD THE RIGHT OF WAY TO V-2. V-2 COULD NOT STOP AND STRUCK V-1 ON THE LEFT SIDE. THE V-1 DRIVER WAS PRONOUNCED DEAD AT THE SCENE OF THE ACCIDENT BY THE JEFFERSON COUNTY CORONER.
