Initial Narrative     V1 WAS TRAVELING WEST IN THE INSIDE LANE OF U.S. HWY 412. THE PEDESTRIAN WAS CROSSING THE ROADWAY MID BLOCK NOT IN THE CROSSWALK AND WAS WEARING DARK CLOTHING. THE PEDESTRIAN WALKED INTO THE PATH OF V1 AND WAS STRUCK BY V1.
