Initial Narrative     V1 WAS SOUTHBOUND ON HIGHWAY 9 NEGOTIATING A CURVE. DRIVER FAILED TO NEGOTIATE THE CURVE AND V1 RAN OFF THE ROADWAY. V1 TRAVELLED OVER AN EMBANKMENT AND CAME TO REST ON FOWLER ROAD.
