Initial Narrative     V-1 WAS TRAVELING SOUTH ON US HIGHWAY 65 APPROXIMATELY 1 MILE SOUTH OF THE HIGHWAY 81 JUNCTION. V-1 DROVE OFF THE LEFT SIDE OF THE ROADWAY BEFORE OVERTURNING AND COMING TO FINAL REST IN THE MEDIAN OF U.S. HIGHWAY 65 SOUTH. ON 7/12/2020 AT 12:00 AM DR. JOHN SKOWRONSKI OF JEFFERSON REGIONAL MEDICAL CENTER PRONOUNCED THE OPERATOR OF V-1 DECEASED.
