Initial Narrative     V1 WAS SOUTHBOUND ON HWY 63 AND ATTEMPTED TO MAKE A "U" TURN. V1 TURNED INTO THE PATH OF V2 HEADING NORTHBOUND ON HWY 63. V2 STRUCK V1 ON THE PASSENGER SIDE. THE PASSENGER OF V1 WAS AIRLIFTED TO THE MED IN MEMPHIS TN., WHERE HE LATER DIED.
