Initial Narrative     VEHICLE WAS PARKED ON A SLOPE IN NEUTRAL VEHICLE BEGAN TO ROLL BACKWARD. DRIVER TRIED TO RE-ENTER AND STOP THE VEHICLE. VEHICLE ROLLED ACROSS A STREET HIT A CURB THE DRIVER WAS EJECTED AND EXPIRED ON SEPTEMBER 19 2010.
