Initial Narrative     V-1 WAS TRAVELING EASTBOUND ON SH-612 OFF RAMP TO NORTHBOUND I-49. THE OPERATOR LOST CONTROL OF V-1 WHILE NEGOTIATING A CURVE DRIVING OFF THE RIGHT SIDE OF THE ROADWAY. THE OPERATOR WAS THROWN FROM THE MOTORCYCLE AND FATALLY INJURED.
