Initial Narrative     THE DRIVER FAILED TO NEGOTIATE A CURVE, WENT OFF THE ROAD, HIT A MAILBOX AND THEN A TREE. HE WAS PARTIALLY EJECTED FROM THE VEHICLE. HE WAS PRONOUNCED DEAD AT THE SCENE OF THE ACCIDENT.
