Initial Narrative     V-1 WAS ATTEMPTING TO EXIT AT THE 58MM AND LOST CONTROL. V-1 RAN OFF THE EXIT RAMP AND ROLLED INTO A STORM DRAIN. AT APPROXIMATELY 12:15PM ON 9/4/09 A SUBJECT REPORTED SEEING THE VEHICLE OFF THE SIDE OF THE ROAD ON IT'S TOP. JOHNSON COUNTY CORONER AL DAVIS PRONOUNCED MS. GRAHAM DEAD AT THE SCENE.
