Initial Narrative     V1 WAS TRAVELING NORTHBOUND ON STATE HIGHWAY 275. V1 FAILED TO MAINTAIN CONTROL NEGOTIATING A CURVE. V1 OVER-STEERED CAUSING THE VEHICLE TO ROTATE COUNTER-CLOCKWISE. V1 CROSSED BOTH LANES AND STRUCK A TREE IN THE SOUTHBOUND ROAD DITCH FACING NORTH.
