Initial Narrative     V1 WAS TRAVELING WESTBOUND ON 3RD STREET IN HOPE. V1 TRAVELING ACROSS THE CENTER TURN LANE AND BOTH EASTBOUND TRAFFIC LANES THEN CONTINUED OFF OF THE SOUTH SIDE OF THE ROAD AND COLLIDED WITH A TREE.
