Initial Narrative     V1 WAS TRAVELING NORTHBOUND ON HWY 79. V1 LEFT THE ROADWAY ON THE RIGHT SIDE. THE RIGHT SIDE PASSENGER DOOR HIT A TREE AND CAME TO REST ABOUT FOUR FEET NORTH OF THE TREE. VICTIM WAS PRONOUNCED DEAD AT THE DALLAS COUNTY HOSPITAL BY DR. CHARLES JONES.
