Initial Narrative     DRIVER OF VEH-1 WAS NORTHBOUND ON NORTH 13TH STREET AN DDISOBEYED GRADE CROSSING SIGNAL AND WAS STRUCK BY A TRAIN. MEJIA-SANCHEZ EXPIRED AT ST. MARY'S HOPITAL ON 1/28/2005 AT 5:30PM, DUE TO INJURIES SUFFERED IN THE ACCIDENT. CONDUCTOR OF THE ARKANSAS MISSOURI TRAIN WAS ROSS OSBOURNE OF VAN BUREN, AR WHO WAS NOT INJURED.
