Initial Narrative     V-1 WAS TRAVELING EAST ON INTERSTATE 40 NEAR THE 29 MILE MARKER. UPON NEGOTIATING A LEFT CURVE V-1 EXITED THE ROADWAY FOR AN UNKNOWN REASON COLLIDED WITH A TREE AND EMBANKMENT OVERTURNED BEFORE COMING TO A FINAL REST IN THE MEDIAN.
