Initial Narrative     THE VICTIM WAS WALKING A BICYCLE ON THE INSIDE WESTBOUND LANE OF GRAND AVENUE. V1 STRUCK THE VICTIM CAUSING A FATAL INJURY. THE VICTIM WAS PRONOUNCED AT THE SCENE. THE DRIVER OF V1 DIANA SISK 5/7/1957 2107 1/2 SOUTH "M" APT. A FORT SMITH AR WAS NOT INJURIED.
