Initial Narrative     V-1 A MOPED DRIVEN BY NORMAN BRANDON FAILED TO NEGOTIATE A RIGHT CURVE AND EXITED THE NORTHSIDE OF THE RDWY WHERE HE STRUCK A UTILITY POLE. DRIVER OF V-1 "BRANDON" WAS NOT WEARING A HELMET HE WAS PRONOUNCED DEAD ON SCENE.
