Initial Narrative     V1 WAS TRAVELING WESTBOUND ON I-40 IN THE SLOW LANE. V2 WAS TRAVELING WESTBOUND ON I-40 IN THE FAST LANE. V2 CROSSED OVER INTO THE SLOW LANE AND STRUCK V1. AFTER IMPACT BOTH VEHICLES WENT OFF TO THE RIGHT AND OVERTURNED.
