Initial Narrative     V1 WAS WESTBOUND ON HIGHWAY 14. V1 FAILED TO NEGOTIATE A LEFT HAND CURVE. V1 LOST CONTROL AND TRAVELED OFF THE NORTH SIDE OF THE HIGHWAY WHERE V1 STRUCK A FENCE AND POWER POLE. DRIVER OF V1 WAS PRONOUNCED DEAD AT THE SCENE.
