Initial Narrative     V1 WAS EASTBOUND ON HWY 22. V1 FAILED TO NEGOTIATE A CURVE AND LEFT THE ROADWAY ON THE NORTH SIDE OF THE ROAD. V1 WENT INTO THE DITCH AND STRUCK A STOP SIGN. V1 TRAVELED ACROSS A COUNTY ROAD REENTERED THE DITCH AND STRUCK A CULVERT. V1 CAME TO A FINAL REST IN THE DITCH.
