Initial Narrative     V1 ENTERED THE WESTBOUND LANE AND STRUCK V2 HEAD-ON TYPE. V1 CONTINUED A SHORT DISTANCE AFTER THE COLLISION AND ROLLED INTO THE DITCH. V1 WAS LOCATED AT FINAL REST ON ITS PASSENGER SIDE. V2 WAS LOCATED AT FINAL REST ON THE NORTH SIDE ROAD DITCH FACING EAST.
