Initial Narrative     V-1 WAS WESTBOUND ON KANIS AND V-2 WAS EASTBOUND. DRIVER OF V-1 ADVISED V-2 SWERVED INTO HER LANE AND SHE COULD NOT AVOID V-2. WITNESS ADVISED SHE OBSERVED V-2 STRIKE 2 VEHICLES IN THE BAPTIST HOSPITAL PARKING LOT AND NOT STOP. WITNESS ADVISED V-2 DID NOT DID NOT HAVE HEADLIGHTS ON
