Initial Narrative     BROOK'S BODY WAS FOUND LYING IN THE ROADWAY ON THE NORTH BOUND SIDE OF HWY 65 NEAR THE EAST SIDE FOG LINE. EVIDENCE COLLECTED AT THE SCENE SUGGESTS THAT BROOKS HAD BEEN STRUCK BY AN UNIDENTIFIED VEHICLE THAT LEFT THE SCENE. THE SUBJECT WAS DISCOVERED AROUND 12:50 AM.
