Initial Narrative     V-1 WAS NORTHBOUND ON INTERSTATE 540 IN THE RIGHT LANE. V-2 WAS ALSO NORTHBOUND ON INTERSTATE 540 IN THE RIGHT LANE AHEAD OF V-1. V-1 ATTEMPTED TO CHANGE LANES AND OVERTAKE V-2. THE FRONT PORTION OF V-1 STRUCK THE LEFT REAR OF V-2. THE IMPACT CAUSED V-1 TO OVERTURN, AND THE DRIVER OF V-1 WAS THROWN FROM THE MOTORCYCLE. DRIVER OF V-1 WAS NOT WEARING A HELMET. DRIVER OF V-2 FRANSISCO HERNANDEZ 08/20/1962, 21306 PARTHENIA #108 CONOGA PARK CA., WAS NOT INJURED.
