Initial Narrative     V-1 WAS TRAVELING NB ON DURHAM ROAD IT APPEARED THE DRIVER HAD ACCELERATED RAPIDLY CAUSING THE DRIVER TO LOSE CONTROL OF THE VEHICLE. V-1 THEN WENT OFF THE NORTHSIDE OF DURHAM RD AND HIT A TREE. AFTER HITTING THE TREE THE VEHICLE TURNED OVER ONTO THE DRIVER'S SIDE AND THE DRIVER WAS PARTIALLY EJECTED.
