Initial Narrative     V1 WAS TRAVELING EASTBOUND IN THE WESTBOUND LANES OF I-30 WITH HEADLIGHTS OFF. V1 COLLIDED WITH THE FRONT OF V2 WHICH WAS TRAVELING WESTBOUND ON I-30. V1 STOPPED INTO THE WESTBOUND DITCH. V2 TRAVELED INTO THE MEDIAN. DRIVER OF V1 WAS PRONOUNCED AT THE SCENE BY DEPUTY CORONER EDDIE MCKINNON.
