Initial Narrative     V-1 DRIVER FAILED TO NEGOTIATE A CURVE. THE VEHICLE, (A TANKER TRAILER OF GASOLINE) LEFT THE ROADWAY STRIKING A POWER POLE AND A TREE. THE TANKER EXPLODED CATCHING IT AND THE TRUCK ON FIRE AND BURNED. WALKER WAS INJURED AND AIRLIFTED TO A HOSPITAL IN TULSA WHERE HE LATER DIED.
