Initial Narrative     SCHNEIDER WAS NB ON SH 9 SOUTH WHEN HE LOST HIS BRAKES GOING DOWN A HILL AND FAILED TO NEGOTIATE A CURVE TRAVELING OFF THE ROADWAY AND SLIDING SIDEWAYS.VEHICLE THEN OVERTURNED COMING TO REST ON ITS TOP.MR. MORGAN WAS EJECTED FROM THE VEHICLE.
