Initial Narrative     VEHICLE 1 WAS SOUTHBOUND ON I-540 IN THE INSIDE LANE WHEN THE DRIVER LOST CONTROL AND STRUCK A GUARDRAIL. VICTIM WAS THROWN FROM THE VEHICLE. HE WAS PRONOUNCED AT THE SCENE BY BENTON CO CORONER'S OFC.
