Initial Narrative     THE DRIVER ATTEMPTED TO TAKE THE KIEHL AVENUE EXIT WHEN HE LOST CONTROL OF THE VEHICLE. THE VEHICLE THEN FLIPPED SEVERAL TIMES PARTIALLY EJECTING THE DRIVER. THE DRIVER WAS PRONOUNCED DEAD AT THE SCENE OF THE ACCIDENT BY THE PULASKI COUNTY CORONERS OFFICE.
