Initial Narrative     V-1 CROSSED INTO ONCOMING LANE OF TRAFFIC AND RAN OFF INTO WEST BOUND ROAD DITCH. V-1 THEN CAME BACK ONTO THE ROADWAY AND EXITED ON THE EAST BOUND SIDE AND OVERTURNED EJECTING THE DRIVER. V-1 THEN ROLLED BACK ONTO ITS LEFTHAND SIDE COMING TO REST ON TOP OF THE DRIVER.
