Initial Narrative     VEHICLE TRAVELING EAST ON HWY 246 DROVE OFF LEFT SIDE OF ROAD OVERCORRECTED CAME BACK ON ROADWAY SLID SIDEWAYS HIT A CULVERT. VEHICLE OVERTURNED TWICE PARTIALLY EJECTING DRIVER. VEHICLE CAME TO REST WITH DRIVER TRAPPED UNDER THE VEHICLE.
