Initial Narrative     V1 WAS TRAVELING NEAR THE BAYOU BARTHOLOMEW BRIDGE. DRIVER OF V1 LOST CONTROL OF THE VEHICLE. V1 STRUCK A GUARD RAIL AND OVERTURNED INTO THE WATER BELOW. THE VICTIM WAS PRONOUNCED DECEASED AT THE SCENE BY DESHA COUNTY DEPUTY CORONER BILLY BATES AT 9:25 P.M.
