Initial Narrative     V-1 WAS DRIVING NORTHBOUND ON HWY 82. V-1 DROVE LEFT OF CENTER AND STRUCK V-2 IN THE LEFT SIDE. V-2 ATTEMPTED TO AVOID COLLISION AND CAME TO REST JACK-KNIFED IN THE SOUTH BOUND DITCH.DRIVER V-1 WAS PRONOUNCED AT SCENE BY CORONER STEVE HARTSHORN.
