Initial Narrative     THE PEDESTRIAN (P1) WAS WALKING SOUTH ON THE NORTH BOUND SIDE OF INTERSTATE 30 EAST AT GEYER SPRINGS. P1 CROSSED THE EXIT RAMP AND WAS STRUCK BY V1. THE VICTIM WAS PRONOUNCED DECEASED ON SCENE BY THE PULASKI COUNTY CORONER.
