Initial Narrative     V-1 WAS TRAVELING SOUTHBOUND ON STATE HIGHWAY 226 SPUR.V-1 DID NOT STOP AT THE INTERSECTION WITH US49. THE VEHICLE RAN OFF THE ROADWAY AND STRUCK THE DITCH EMBANKMENT. THE VEHICLE CAME TO REST IN THE DITCH. MS. FORRESTER DIED FEBRUARY 24, 2006.
