Initial Narrative     DISPATCHED TO A CAR FIRE. INVESTIGATION REVEALED THAT THE VICTIM HAD EXITED HIS VEHICLE ON THE ROADWAY DUE TO HIS VEHICLE ON FIRE. GARDUNO WAS STRUCK BY A 2005 FRIEGHTLINER ALSO EASTBOUND ON I-30. GARDUNO WAS KILLED ON IMPACT.
