Initial Narrative     V-1 WAS TRAVELING WESTBOUND ON S.H. 226 WHEN SHE TRAVELED ACROSS THE SOUTHBOUND LANE OF TRAFFIC AND ONTO THE SOUTH SHOULDER WHERE SHE STRUCK A BRIDGE AND GUARDRAIL. SHE THEN CONTINUED WESTBOUND OVERTURNED ON IT'S TOP IN THE SOUTH ROADSIDE DITCH.
