Initial Narrative     V-1 "WEST" WAS EASTBOUND ON U.S. 270. HIS VEHICLE VEERED OFF THE SOUTH SIDE OF THE HWY AND STRUCK A CULVERT. MR. WEST WAS TRANSPORTED TO HOT SPRING CO. MEMORIAL HOSPITAL WHERE HE WAS PRONOUNCED DECEASED BY DR. BOLLEN.
